Shipping policy
Most items are print on demand, meaning we complete our designs in house and then transfer them to our production manufacture for faster speed and quality print. Order processing time for print on demand takes 15 to 20 business days for standard and 7-15 days for expedited prior to shipping. Once all items have arrived in the states and have been delivered to us, it will take 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery. For non-print on demand items, the processing time is 3 to 5 business days and shipping time is 2 to 5 business days. Shipping days are Monday- Friday, closed on weekends and holidays. Due to COVID-19, processing and shipping times may take longer than usual. Processing timeframe and shipping timeframe are two separate things. Processing begins after payments have been verified and can take up to 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time starts after processing time is complete. When your order has been shipped an e-mail confirmation will go out and tracking will be provided when available.
Please make sure when placing an order that you’re giving enough time for delivery for your occasion. For expedited shipping please add Rush charge to your order.
Once the product is handed over to a carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost or damage items that may occur during delivery. To ensure a proper delivery please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information such as, apartment number, unit/suite number and the correct use of abbreviations. We will not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to inaccurate addresses. P.O. Boxes are acceptable for shipping however, we will not do expedited shipping to a P.O. Box, a physical address will need to be provided for that option of shipping.
Other carrier options are available depending on weight of a shipment, domestic or international orders and shipping delivery time frames. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time. For most shipments we will ship USPS or UPS and alternative carriers may be selected at our discretion to meet shipping time requirements. You will not be charged anything extra if we need to use a different carrier to make shipping time frame goals. All custom items are made to order and may have additional shipping times based off processing times.
Once packages have been dropped off to the shipping facility, we will not be held responsible for their shipping delays. Our shipping times are considered estimates based on the information we receive from the shipping carriers. All shipping fees are displayed at check out and are non-refundable. Any refused packages from Sensational Kreationz LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping at check out and return shipping for the carrier to send it back to us. There will also be a restocking fee of 20% for any refused packages as well. Funds will be deducted from any credits from original order and if funds exceed the amount of original purchase a credit will not be issued.
Delivery Issues: If you are experiencing delivery issues with the carrier stating the package has been delivered but you have not received your package; you must contact us within 3 days to file a claim. We will work with you and the carrier to complete claim processing. Sensational Kreationz LLC will not take nor be held responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered. We will not issue refund or credits for packages that the carrier confirmed as delivered. These types of issue will have to be taken up with the carrier directly.
